DPSP (Directive Principles of State and Policy)

 DPSP is a second category of Fundamental Right. Which is legal by our constitution by the help of B.N Rao. It came from Ireland.

•  DPSP is mainly for public welfare - B.R Ambedkar 
• Acc. to K.T Shah DPSP is like a Cheque.

Article 36 to 51 of Indian Constitution is considered as DPSP. It is divided into three Principles:-

Socialist Principles (38,39,39A,41,42,43,43A,47)

Gandhian Principles (40,43,43B,46,47,48)

Liberal Intellectual Principles (44,45,48,49,50,51)
